“The most relaxing day!”
We only had 3 days in Florida. We were there for a wedding. Our flight got messed up so we didn't get 2 days to lounge around, but we got one. I got a massage upon arrival to start the weekend off right then we lounged around the pool, and the beach for one solid day. It was the most relaxing day we have had in years. We had room service for breakfast and pool side service for lunch. Very nice service over all. Great dining, Starbucks, Walgreens and bookstore all within walking distance. Great location, would go again.
“A boutique style beach hotel”
What a great property. My wife and I are fairly discriminating when it comes to hotels and we have been singing this one's praises to all of our friends. We had a beachfront king with balcony which had an excellent view. I can't speak to the partial view rooms. I wish we would have gotten a corner suite. Our room was a little small and the bathroom is tiny, but everything else from the decor to the comfort of the bed was first class. The restaurant was excellent--we went twice. Spa and heated pool (which was great on chilly nights) were great. The hotel staff with their "one touch" concierge was excellent.
“I'll rebook there when I go back to Jacksonville”
This was a wonderful place in a very nice, and cute, part of town. It was right on the ocean out the back and right on a small cute retail area out the front door. Service was incredibly good, except for one waiter at the restaurant who was too busy looking down his nose at the customers. We avoided him thereafter and had a wonderful time. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available from the Hotel for the beach, there was also a pool and tiki bar there too. We didn't get time to get to the spa there, but it looked really nice and the prices are good (but book the spa time early - we waited too long). This is the place to go for relaxation or just to be treated well. I highly recommend it.
“Exceptional!”
Hotel was beautiful. All employees very professional, and polite. Perfect setting at Atlantic Beach. Great restaurant and Lobby Bar at the hotel. Thought renting chairs on the beach too much, but beach was well maintained with complimentary towels.
“Perfect getaway without the getaway hassle”
Check in was smooth, room was stylish, comfortable and superbly clean. I was there without my husband and children for a "Mom" getaway. Each and every staff member was in an excellent mode of pleasant and professional the entire time. The place just has such a beautiful view. From what I can tell any room there would give you the perfect view of the ocean. The only and I mean only thing is that if you are over 150 pounds, possibly taller than 5'4 the bathrooms while beautifully decorated are ridiculously small and I was hoping for a jacuzzi tub but didn't see any allusions on their site that there would be one. And there wasn't. I had a simple shower. Mind you it was a pretty one but very simple. The location is near a small cobblestreet shopping strip- mostly food-very quaint.

Staff is very accomodating...hotel is beautiful and location is very nice on beach and walk to shopping/restaurants...only downside is bathroom is quite small
“It was nicer than the pictures”
The view was fantastic and the service was even better. The coffee served in the room was the best I have ever tasted. Everything was top shelf.
“ELEGANT AND PRICEY , BUT SO WORTH IT!”
BEAUTIFUL RENOVATION, LIGHT AND AIRY, FABULOUS STAFF. SERVICE IS SUPERIOR. ELEGANT DINING AND THE LOBBY BARTENDER IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. DO WISH THE BATHROOM'S WERE LARGER, BUT THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS.
“Very relaxing”
Everyone was very attentive. You pay a $25. resort fee and it includes complementary drinks and snacks and someone to take care of dinner reservations, etc... The hotel was just completing renovations. There were massages in room since spa was not finished. The gym wasn't finished either so we went to the beach. Hard sand is easy to walk/run on. We sat by the pool on spacious lounge furniture. We choose to eat locally instead of at the 5 star restauant. I can't wait to visit again.
“Impressed”
Excellent service, has all the amenities you could expect and should expect for the price. Pricey but really worth it. Great location at the beach and the hub of all restaurants.
