Everything was exceptional. Early check in, breakfast, cleanliness, quality, staff humbleness. It is a peaceful property with haveli like architecture. Only thing I could ask for improvement is the Dinner which lacked taste

The property is really good in terms of location, food but the property is bit old, rooms require touch up, in my room shower was very old and not working properly The property has not too much staff to take care of you

such an amazing experience. overall resort experience exceeded our expectations. The staff members went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. it's a very well maintained beautiful property. food was outstanding. Rooms have lot of space and very well organized. we highly recommend fort Rajwada for a 5 star experience to anyone visiting.

Great hotel, great staff. Accessibility limited
The hotel is in a good location, along the road which seems to have a line of high-end hotels. Close proximity to the old city, but not walking distance. The hotel has great layout - like a classic house design (haveli) but with modern amenities and modern interiors. A grand entrance with large wooden doors is very reminiscent of the grand days of Rajasthan. It has one indoor restaurant, and one open air area which has evening dinners. The morning breakfast buffet is well provisioned. Pleasant staff who are helpful. There is some areas within the walls which are adequate for parking self-driven cars. One drawback is that the hotel does not have any elevators. And no wheelchair friendly entrances. Thus, for elderly people and ones with climbing issues, this hotel can get to be quite a problem - right from the front entrance. And the staircases all around the property are without railings except for one - which makes it even more difficult.

Standard 4-star close the fort
Decent hotel. A standard 4-star. The exterior decor is nice in keeping with the Jaisalmer Fort theme. However the room interior was fairly standard. The staff were polite and helpful but could be a bit more organised.

Serviceable hotel to crash for one night
Property is relatively newer, well maintained and architecturally well designed, making use of local stonecraft very effectively. Rooms were clean & comfortable commensurate to a 4 star hotel. Only major gripes: 1) food took forever to arrive and then came cold and had to be sent back, we noticed other guests were having the same problem and 2) there was a raucous party going on in their lawn, on top of loud music, hosts of a class reunion party were loudly blabbing non stop on the mike into late hours of the night. This property simply isn't designed for large parties like this, it makes it impossible for guests to have any peace and quiet (noise permeated into the restaurant, into the rooms, etc.). They could really have toned the mic's down, it was the hotel manager's responsibility to make sure they are thinking about all guests' comfort.

Lovely stay
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was a lovely experience, the staff was friendly and helping. The rooms are big, bright and with all needed facilities. The cultural program in the evenings was well organised. The breakfast had both eastern and western options. A great stay indeed.

Our luggage was removed from room and placed by the lift before we had a chance to check I prior to checkout. Check out was at 12 noon and luggage was removed from the room without our permission few minutes BEFORE 12 noon. Apparently told to so by reception The response was flat when we complained Food was also very expensive. Also developed diarrhoea and vomiting. Breakfast was included but we did not eat except for coffee and toast but wanted to chage high price for bottled water

Two nights with two little ones..
We had a pleasant two night stay at RM and I would say being in Jaisalmer it's one of the finest properties to stay in. Although the location ia bit outaide of the main city its still very convenient by auto/taxi. The property is appropriately rated as 4 stars. The breakfast was nice and the only negative we found was that the housekeeping was all about cutting corners in their work (so if you notice their mistake and complain, they would get it rectified). In our instance the room was made but the linnens weren't changed, infact the same sheet was pressed in again. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to our friends and family as well.

客室は清潔でした。シャワーのみでバスタブはありません。サム砂漠から30分でフォートにも20分くらいの距離でロケーションは良かったです。ゴールド会員だからなのかルームがアップグレードされていました。チェックイン チェックアウト共にスムーズでした。オススメホテルです
