Excellent hotel. We stayed in the brad new modern section of studio rooms. Hotel is surrounded by views of the mountains and many outdoor fire pits that make the hotel's property feel very cozy and beautiful. Walking didtance to town and restaurants. Hotel serves fantastic buffet and ready to order breakfast. Loved the stay and service.

Looks and feels run down. I was there for 2 nights only so I tried to make do but if I had to stay a little longer, I would have considered moving to another hotel. Bed was really comfortable and that was the only saving grace for me. Bathtub faucets wouldn’t function properly - the cold water tap wouldn’t even budge initially until I’d wiggled it for a good 5 mins!! I need to mention though that I was in one of the Woodland rooms.

I liked hall and style of restaurants. Room was enough clean, but bath in room was not very clean: water didn't drain fully, some amount was stayed and dust was stuck in.

I along with my family stayed in the hotel for 3 days. The room was quite clean and was quiet too just how I wanted. It is not that far from the town so a few mins drive was so convenient. Everything was good but the only thing i didn’t like was the restaurant in the hotel was overly priced.

We really like this hotel and usually stay here when in Jasper. The rooms are clean, the pool area is nice and also well kept, the breakfast buffet is good. Overall, this hotel is very nice.

Place was good, location is nice too and you get free charging station for your EV. But the room service not so much, when the room was serviced they missed the drapes and some tissue on the floor. We also requested for cutlery said it wil lbe delivered but never did. In the website did not mention about breakfast buffet on Sunday(maybe on weekends) then monday o more.

This hotel is at the far end of the main drag in Jasper, so is great if you’re looking for a quieter area of town. There is a restaurant inside which serves amazing food for dinner, as well as an open atrium venue for breakfast. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony. We had a pet friendly room, and you would never have known there were dogs in it previously, it was so clean. We enjoyed our cross-country stay here…in fact, it was the nicest, reasonably priced hotel we stayed at. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed in the newer section, which was connected to the office by a second floor walkway. The room was very clean, comfy beds, and we appreciated the kitchenette. Our only problem was parking on the second night, which was on a weekend. We drove around the place a few times and finally parked up on the street. Would stay there again.

Stayed in the older part of the hotel as we had our dog with us and it was great. Convenient, nice room, friendly staff. Only things that could have made it better were if they had bowls for the pet friendly rooms, and the shower took a long time to get hot and then fluctuated between ice cold and scalding hot for most of the shower. Otherwise a great stay!

I think overall the location, price, and staff are great at this location. I just personally thought that the property lacked any theme or anything special to remember it by. The restaurant and breakfast have pretty limited hours so have a back-up plan. Also for a reference, I would refer to this property as similar to a Holiday Inn Express.

We booked this room anticipating using the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told it was under maintenance. I would have expected a discounted price but they only offered use of the facilities at a hotel down the street. Mirrored closet door was hanging from one corner. We were concerned it may fall off so never touched it. Bed was comfy and it was pretty quiet for a hotel. Never had a meal there. Pride flags all over the place and on every table in the restaurant. Not my thing
