We arroved and went to check in and the staff were.gping on about a damage deposit and in the next sentence a security deposite and they bounced back and forward with these 2 separate words for the same thing. It was confusing. The air conditioner in the room did not perform like an air conditioner should, barely a breeze from it and kept clicking all night long. The room was small but adequate for our stay. The breakfast buffet was ok but ive honestly had better from a super 8. But for the cost it could have been a bit better.

The property is older but our room was fully renovated. Comfortable bed. Our unit was facing the main road but the road noise wasn’t bad at all

My stay was lovely. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and had everything i needed. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and included hot food. Shopping and restaurants were with in a fee blocks walking distance. My only complaint was the loud plumbing when rooms next to me were using the shower. This however did not go on for a long time so was not to disturbing. I would stay there again for sure.

Great place for our family on the last trip to Jasper. Lots of room for our two young boys. Close to everything without being to close to everything, nice and quiet evenings!

The room was clean and organized, front desk service was friendly and efficient. Hot tubs were nice, along with the fridge and tea. The bathroom door was just two sliding corner doors that did not fully shut, so you could see and hear your partner going to the washroom. First night we were roasting, the second we froze - accidentally turning pn the A/C. Breakfast room had a decent, iincluded self-serve breakfast. Glad we paid only $200 per night somce high season is $500 per night. Parking filled up fast and it’s a bit far from downtown. Decent value overall and hopefully the other rooms have a proper bathroom door I like room 173.

Had a wonderful stay, very friendly staff, super clean, right at the edge of town but very walkable, breakfast was lovely as well! Got engaged during our stay so will always hold a place in our hearts as well ❤️

Wonderful stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Jacuzi in King sweet was HUGE with very cool ambient lighting. Plenty of towels and robes. Staff was very friendly and gave us cookies upon arrival. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Quick walk to all the stores and resturants. Would stay here again and again.

We liked the inn was within 5 minutes or so of walking to dinner on the main drag. The mountain view to wake up to was perfect. The rooms are modern and clean, very welcoming after a full day of adventuring the park. Will return.

The bed in the unit we stayed was too soft for my liking. The hot tubs were clean and hot. Breakfast was as good as you'll get at any place that includes it.
