Thank you very much for choosing APA Hotel Joetsu Myoko Ekimae. We are glad to hear that you are pleased with the cleanliness and many other aspects of our hotel. However, I am sorry for your disappointment regarding the restaurant business and cleaning. The restaurant is closed for breakfast every Monday. Other days are from 6:30 to 9:30 AM. There is basically no cleaning, but if you put the cleaning request magnet on the inside of the door on the outside, it will be cleaned. We regret that we did not give you enough information about both. We will be prepared to guide you well before the next time. If you ever come back here again, we hope you will visit our museum. We look forward to seeing you again.
