“Nice place to stay”
Everyone there was most helpful and the room was quite and clean. Everything was was close enough to walk even in the winter.
“Most helpful and excellent service”
This motel's primary concern is service. They do everything to make your stay pleasant. If you have a problem, the staff goes out of their way to help find a solution. The transportation to various transportation facilities (ferry terminal, airport, etc) is excellent. I will stay there the next time I am in Juneau.
“Super 8 - Juneau”
We made our reservations on short notice. When I checked in the front desk person was friendly and very helpful. On Tuesday morning, Theresa, the breakfast room manager was amazing she had ready information for things to see and the best places to eat. She can tell you more in 5 minutes that a tour guide in an hour. The manager called me by name and recalled that I was in town to see my son. Overall this was a very good stay. This is my 2nd time at this property in a year. It is clean, well managed, and with a friendly and well trained staff.

“It is a nice hotel overall”
Not to far to go Glacier. By taxi, it will cost you $15 one trip. There is the bus goes to down town. Friendly staff. Have breakful which is nice. Reasonable price.
“Noisy”
Hotel was noisy due to traffic outside window and smoky in the hall due to smoking rooms ... we stayed there because they allowed a dog but no refrigerator or microwave

“Dirty hotel, Sullen employees”
This hotel was filthy. The bath tub and toilet hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time. We asked for the free shuttle that was part of the advertising, to get to an early morning plane; arrangements were made the night before. When we checked out in the morning, the sullen desk clerk called a taxi (to their credit, at the hotel's expense) but it didn't come to pick us up until at least 15 minutes after the time we had asked for. NOt a good experience...avoid this place.
