Within 5 minutes of reporting the fridge not working in our room, the hotel replaced it with a new one. Location was great, lots of eateries and things to see. "The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."
