My heartful appreciation to the front desk. I lost my tablet at my last hotel at Toyama. The staff here helped me to contact the hotel at Toyama and arranged the courier delivery service. All I needed to do was just to pay the courier fee and my tablet arrived at my hand the next day. Thank you so much Forza. Certainly I will recommend Forza to my friends and I will also consider to stay again in my next visit to Kanazawa.

Great location within 3 or 4-minute walk to Omicho Market, the bus station, and a big FamilyMart. Bathroom was excellent overall. Loved the shower and toilet. No lock on the bathroom door though so keep that in mind when traveling with people. There was also a foot massager in the room, which was a pleasant surprise for those tired feet.

Wonderful hotel, very modern and clean and staff were lovely. Great location a short walk to both Kanazawa train station and the castle. Bed was very comfortable and we received fresh bottles of water every day. Very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

This is my favourite hotel! They really aim for comfort in your room, foot massagers, AMAZING shower and tub experience! Absolutely recommend! The location is fantastic as well!!

The shower in our room was amazing. I’ve never had the opportunity to use a shower like this! The hotel and room was in a great walkable location. Staff very friendly and helpful. If I ever visit Kanazawa again I will definitely stay here!

the mamager is most helpful and very fluent in english which is unusual in Japan. She goes out of her way to help me with booking a train ticket, as wll as trying her best to accomodate my room temperature.

The space is good for 2 alduets and 2children, bathroom good too. There are bus station in front of hotel, and walk to train station take 10mins.

Good value in Kanazawa
Hotel is clean & tidy, and looks fairly new. Location is a little bit of a walk from the main station, but convenient for walking to other landmarks in the city. It was comfortable and a good value.

The hotel was reasonably distanced from train station (800m). Was in a good position to access the Kanazawa Castle area. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The welcome drink upon arrival were an unexpected bonus. Room was very modern both in decore and functionality and was sparkling clean. Bathroom had an amazing shower. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Forza Kanazawa.

Utilitarian, clean and convenient.
This hotel is well situated on the circular bus route. Our room was quite small with a view of a car park. What you pay for is what you get. Breakfast is average but no other dining available.

Great service, spacious room (mine is relaxing twin room). Foot massager in room. Kids received their own amenities set (toothbrush, sponge, and slipper) which is a nice gesture. Good location, about 10 mins walk to the kanazawa station but just opposite Omicho market.

Brand new hotel and conveniently located. 5 minutes away from Omicho Market, which offers excellent sashimi, seafood, fruits and more. Easy access to most attractions such as the Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenroku-en, and the tea house districts. Hotel staff was very friendly and helped us make dinner reservations. The wine and coffee bar at the lobby was a great addition to the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again.

It was one of the better hotels we have had from past trips in Japan. The quad room with two King's beds was spacious, clean and comfy. With foot message, and a drying machine for clothes, a plus during winter time. Suitable for family or group.

The location is amazing due to newly open, the staffs might still be in training but overall our stay is comfortable and the location is closed to the market and the station

Le logement est juste au top ! Le lit est super confortable, la salle de bain est super fonctionnelle et pratique. Le personnel est adorable. Il y a un petit salon au Rez de chaussée avec un drink offert. On est proche de la gare (7min à pied), proche du château et du jardin, que demandez de plus ?

前客の靴下の忘れ物が置いてあった。 子供連れでしたが、子供用のアメニティ(歯ブラシやスリッパ等)がなく、あると嬉しいかなと。 それ以外においては、全体的に清潔で良かったです。
