But unfortunately it was closed while we were there, since it was winter and after Christmas. I loved the interiors of the hotel. The room was super cozy. We visited in a group of 5. The hotspring was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One staff even drove me from hotel to the hotspring site. I really appreciated the helpfulness. The Japanese breakfast was tasty and remarkable. The transportation to the outlet and train station is convenient"

"3世代、ふた家族で利用しました。 部屋からは女神湖、蓼科山を眺めることができました。 フロントから部屋までの移動は少しわかりにくい作りでしたが、外の風景や壁の絵画を眺めたらとその時間がちょうどよくコミュニケーションのタイミングとなり旅の思い出が追加されました。 お食事は夕食は和食で、どれも美味しく食材も器も彩りよく綺麗な盛り付けで満足いく量でした。 地元の地酒や、フルーツジュースも豊富で楽しい時間となりました。 朝食のブッフェも程よい味付けで、食が進みました。蕎麦が美味しく家族はおかわりをしました。 小さいスペースですが、売店の揃えも十分でお土産もたくさん求めました。 お風呂も良いお湯でしたが混んでいる時期で、大浴場のゴミ箱などが溢れそうになっていたのが気になりました。 全体通して、満足いくサービスを受けられるホテルで充実した滞在期間宿でした。 "
