“Top Hotel!!!”

Excellent hotel, the staff really looked after us and were so friendly, we will definately go back! Spa in the hotel was lovely too.

“Loved Hotel, but didn't sleep”

Loved the hotel and room, but, it was SO hot in the room that we could not sleep. We tried the controls in the room with no relief, our window was missing the bar that props it open so we used a towel. We had an amazing meal in the bar and loved the decor of the hotel, so was very disappointed in the temperature.

“Slow service”

I use this hotel regularly and have started eating in Naas instead of waiting 1hr+ for my food to arrive after ordering. This has now happen twice so it's not a isolated incident. That is my only gripe as in general it does a good job.

“Nothing to recommend this hotel”

Good breakfast Bed was not very comfortable Room ventilation was poor - two windows in the sloped ceiling of the room, no fan or circulation, rain came in the windows, but I needed windows open for ventilation. A noisy crowd gathered outside after a nearby bar closed around 2 or 3 am, the noise was very disturbing. A ridiculous charge to see anything on TV besides the basic 5 Irish channels. New movies, classic movies, radio - all are extra
