“Good cheap place, but only if you get one of the updated rooms...”

Very nice owner/operator, but he asked me to give him a good rating online! Place was perfect for me, but then again I did get an updated room. The outside of the joint was kind of run down, but my room was fine. No complaints.

“Great value in Kingman”

The room was very comfortable. The beds were great and the AC turned the room into a freezer-It was 101 deg when we stayed. The room was much better than the room at the Excalibur in Las Vegas that we stayed in the night before. If anyone is traveling through Kingman and wants an affordable nights stay- this will work great!!!

“Middle of the pack”

Friendly and helpful staff. Room freshner was not to my liking, too much of it. Continental breakfast mediocore. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and interstate. An OK motel for one night. We've stayed at much better and much worse for the same price.

“Kingman”

It was pleasant, clean, comfortable, the desk clerk very polite and helpful. Our room also had a couch as well as refrigerator and microwave, which was appreciated. The bed was extremely firm.
