“VERY CLEAN AFFORDABLE RELAXING NICE STAY AT IMPERIAL INN”
We were very happy and satisfied fully with Imperial Inn. Our room was nice,clean and fresh,sheets were crisp,carpets were clean,everything was very good. We were treated very well by the friendly staff,who are also very helpful. Our room had all the basic needs like fresh towels,hot water,TV,coffee and even internet access if we got bored. The pool was very nice,the water was perfect and very refeshing. We loved it. The prices in the Summer in Gananoque may sound or seem steep to some but we found the Imperial Inn was one of the most reasonable, we found this out after checking around. The other places around were either way to expensive or filthy dirty. We found Imperial Inn centrally located close to everything and all the attractions in the area. If you go to this Inn relaxed and with an open mind you will enjoy yourself like we did. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. You could see the Imperial Inn is very well cared about and maintained pretty good. We definetely recommend this is a great place to stay while in Gananoque. We definetely will be back again and again.

This is a good example of you get what you pay for.It was a place to sleep & not much more although the staff was helpful.
“Not back to this motel”
It is not 2 ½ stars hotel as indicated in Expedia.com. It should be no stars motel. The room is in a small cottage. Only one person is in the front desk from 3:00PM to 9:00PM for people check in. We stayed on the Ramada Inn next day in Watertown, NY. It is only 2 stars hotel. But it is much much better than this and its price also better.
