"The beds were too soft. They could update their mattresses. We had a double queen room tried 1night in one and the 2nd night in the other not much difference. Also they only clean your room every 2nd day .... that's okay but towels should be replaced everyday. The staff were great. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price."

"The hotel could easily pass for a motel and the pictures shared on their online page were much better than what you experience physically on ground. Their breakfast was horrible and not in the best shape. The swimming pool was also non-functional and the ambience needs to be kept cleaner and tidier. The amount charged for the facility is way too expensive for what they offer."

"From check in to check out, this hotel was superb! Easy and quick check in with friendly, kind, professional staff. Room was very spacious, modern, clean, including the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was free and very convenient. Close to Wilfred Laurier University, perfect for the Kiwanis Provincial. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"The hotel served our purpose. The bed was very comfortable. When we first checked into the room, we noticed the seat on the toilet was broken. It was replaced within 20 minutes of calling the head desk. The restaurant in the hotel has great food. The hotel is on the main corridor, so expect lots of traffic noise."
