“Met my needs”

I arrived at 1201 Friday AM, and te receptionist smiled. I left at 0100 AM on Monday and the receptioist smiled. I'm a diabetic and couldn't eat the continental breakfast - too much starch. All starch goes to sugar. Went to I-Hop. The motel met all my needs.

“Not handicapped friendly”

The evening front staff person was very pleasant, unfortunately our rooms were given to someone else by the daytime staff. We had 2 people with mobility issues and specifically requested main floor rooms as there is no elevator. Our confirmation email and the front desk computer noted this request but someone chose to give our 2 rooms to someone else and we were forced to struggle with the stairs to the second floor. Not appreciated when trying to drag the luggage up!

“Convenient location”

We stayed one night at this hotel to attend a softball tournament in Knoxville. It is not what I would call a nice hotel. It is just ok. We requested non smoking and the room smelled like smoke. The bed was comfortable. The location was good with restaurants within walking distance. We did not spend much time in the room and it served it's purpose for us which was to just have a place to sleep one night. I probably would not stay again unless the rate was super cheap. There was a UT football game that day and rooms at most hotels were booked.

“Not bad at all”

Really quite nice, especially considering the cost. Only complaint is that the drain did not work and had to stand in standing water. Therefore the tub was not very clean.
