“a wonderful experience”

I am sure this hotel is the best we have ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful. They treated us like royality. We didn't realize that breakfast was included, but we got a voucher for a free breakfast, and it was wonderful. We travel for pleasure, since we are retired, and go to Europe every September, for the past 15 years, and Hawaii for six months a year, but this place is very unique. The rooms are lovely, wonderful bed linens, great beds, beautiful bathrooms, and great public areas, with beautiful leaded glass.

“Weekend Getaway”

Great weekend, perfect distance from the Chicagoland area for a quick, romantic getaway!

“Dissapointed”

The setting was beautiful the main hotel was beautiful but it ended there. Being in the Carriage House was like being in another world. The Spa was expensive, the spa pool was cold there were not enough seats for people to lounge.... All in all it was pretty disappointing.
