“Fantastic hotel & great location!”
From a location point of view this hotel is perfect, next to bus station, train station, tram stop, 5 min walk to Cloth Hall & market square. For a city centre hotel the rooms are very spacious, well decorated, bathroom very nicely finished, breakfast excellent & couldnt fault the service. Would happily recommend to anyone.

“Andels hotel Krakow”
We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was sufficient for us. The room was big and restful, the bathroom was lovely and had enough shower gel and shampoo. I would recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. I would also return to it. In addition, it was very central to everything and within walking distance of the railway station and next door to a very large shopping centre. It was within walking distance to the city centre. The tram stop is just outside the hotel entrance.
“A good find”
Great location - easy walk to old town. Lovely food. Staff all very pleasant. Rooms stylish and comfortable. Worth using their taxi service - taxi to the airport significantly cheaper than the quote from the driver at the taxi rank outside the hotel.
“Best hotel ive been to”
Very cheap for the quality, would easily put as a 5 star. modern but a little different from the norm. fantastic food, a meal for two that could cost £80ish in the UK cost £20 in the hotel. brilliant location across a square from the train station direct from the airport for £1 each. next to a huge shopping centre with plenty of places to eat for the less adventurous, and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. polite, helpful and knowledgable staff.
“Excellent hotel very conveniently located at a rea”
The hotel is a very nice hotel with a modern design and feel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very close central train station and the start of the old central part of town. The room was spacious very clean and the bed was comfortable. The mini bar can be hard to find. The next time in Krakow I will definitely stay here again.
“GREAT STAY”
We have just spent 4 days in Krakow at this truly amazing hotel. It exceeded our expectations on all counts. The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble, the decor of the hotel, the facilities and the location were all perfect. We ate several times in the restaurant and the food was first class and not expensive. The breakfast which was served at times to accomodate all guests gave us a good start to the day and a wonderful selection to suit all tastes. We will certainly return.

The city of Cracow and surrounding areas are rich with history, charm and tragedy. Despite its attempt to modernize and come up to 21st century standards by way of public amenities, "the way it was" is constantly present with its domed towers and ancient buildings. There are abundant restaurants offering creative meals at reasonable prices.

Excellent business hotel, new modern, clean, good service. Next to big shopping mall with excellent cheap food court. Can't go wrong.

We could not fault this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the location is amazing and the price are reasonable. The staff were friendly and staying here capped off a great weekend in a brilliant city.
