Bad hotel
This hotel is the worst hotel I have seen entire my travels experience. Hotel smells really Bad. Room is very very small and has no widow feels like grave. I have had a 6 nights stay at this hotel. As soon as I arrived and seen the hotel and smells real bad I decided to leave right now. I called hotels.com and really was helpful people. Thy canceled my reservation and got a nice hotel.

Very convenient location and clean small hotel - suited my purpose perfectly. Basic facilities and clean with good service. Location close to metro station Masjid Jamek (three minutes walk out the back lane). Buses past front door. Quiet area at night. Exactly as advertised. Would stay again.

A very comfortable, clean, budget hotel. Well located very close to a KL skytrain station that connects with KL city centre and Bukit Bintang. Very easy to walk to Pertaling Street (China Town) from the hotel. Surrounded by Indian cafes which are very good value for money.

This was the better of all the places I stayed at while in Malaysia. The property was nice and surprisingly noise supresent except if people are in the building halls yelling. The staff surprised me a bit by helping to come up with solutions to any issue of the hotels shortcomings. Even cleaning staff was helpful with good customer service in passing providing things they seen I may be out of without me even having to ask. There is a pure water filter on the top floor which is helpful but unfortunately no microwave which the hotel really needs but again they staff helped me find a solution to heat up my food. The rooms are cleaner than expected with a few crevices of dust still in places, so small details are still missed (I'm also considered really tall and the cleaning staff isn't so they probably couldn't even reach where I saw). When the water gets hot in the shower its very good and the rain shower was so relaxing. The area is also excellent with many hawker like eating stations and a 8 minute walk to petaling Street (Chinatown shops and food) as well as a train 1 block from the hotel and is walking distance to Merdeka square. Now there is one big major thing that I need to report about which was a big issue for my stay. There is a 50 ringit deposit fee that is charged to everyone that is not advertised anywhere. Keeping in mind there's a 50 ringit deposit not advertised and there is no bar or restaurant. My full review will be on Google since I'm limited on words here.

Great budget hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The entire front staff team is super professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Location is great. Walking distance to Chinatown and independence square. The train statin (MRT, LRT) is 2 minutes away. Everything is so pleasure, I planned to stay for 1 week before moving to a different hotel but I liked it so much and ended up staying for 2 weeks.

Location wise, is near the city and LRT station. Good for backpackers but not for those come with cars. It is very hard to find parking. The water heater is not hot enough.

Great place to stay.
Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. It is new and modern. The room was clean, spacious and the shower was one of the best on our travels in South East Asia. Its located within walking distance to most of the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and polite, would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located very close to LRT Masjid Jamek Interchange Station and have proper pedestrian pavement to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is surrounded with many Indian restaurants. There are also major fast food chain around the LRT Station. It is also walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Check-in was quick and Internet is fast and stable. Elevator stops at every floor including the roof terrace. Room has free toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, in-room laptop compatible safe, and one power outlet supporting many countries' power plug standard. TV has some local channel and cable channels, Astro Awani, Nat Geo Wild, AFN, AXN Fox Movies.

Great value, great location, great weekend too.
The location of Ayhu Hotel is easy to find as it is within minutes of the LRT station Masjid Jamek, which is only two stops from Sentral Station. I found the reception staff to be warm and hospitable.I had had a loooooong days travel and just got over a severe bout of dengue fever and I needed a quiet room which is exactly what I got. The room was spotless and the bed and bedding was as comfortable as my own at home,so I was more than pleased with the quality of the accommodation.Factor into this the price for three nights and I had a very good deal. There are plenty of Indian restaurants close to the Hotel I was happy to eat at FS Nasi Kandar corner, which is open 24 jam,and depending on the time of day,has a varied menu.Their Tea Tarik is great as is their Nan bread. I would have no reservations in recommending Ahyu Hotel for quality and cleanliness, hospitality and upkeep and I look forward to returning there soon.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Ahyu, after being gong from KL for 2 weeks. It's a great hotel. Super nice people working there. Very clean, the most comfortable bed you'll ever sleep in. Everything works, and there are excellent India Restaurants right across the street and a very large supermarket, about an 10 minute walk away, in a good mall. It's also a 5 minute walk from the Central Market, and an easy 8 to 10 minute walk from China Town. The neighborhood is safe. It's the city so there are people, sadly, and of course, that don't have homes. Same in any large city but they are not going to hurt you, and you probably won't see any of them unless you walk around a lot. It's probably the best deal of any hotel within miles in this excellent part of Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended, always.

For a 2 star hotel it was great ..it should be 3 star ..it is much better..than 2 stars ..they also sell water soft drink and beer...overall we will stay again..

PROS: The hotel was clean, modern and very convenient as it's very close to Masjid Jamek train station. There also restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The staff was also friendly and helpful in finding the closest money changer. CONS: The area was a bit scary. There were a couple of people sleeping on the streets nearby, and some streets were dark. Overall, the hotel was great and we had a wonderful experience during our stay.

Nice boutique hotel at a good price
Nice stay at a good price. Family room was large with a window and good size beds. room had fridge microwave and hotel provided bottled water and toiletries including toothbrushes. All in all at a great price we were very happy. Only negative was that the air conditioning was very weak and it was hard for me to fall asleep at night when i was hot. But my kids were ok.

Overy and Beyond Stay.
Pretty Nice location, Things of Historic importance is 5 minute walk from this hotel. Central Market and Petaling street are walk able distance. The Owner of the place was very helpful when it comes to direction or choices of food. Even the staff were very friendly kept us well informed on surroundings and what to do. In fact I would say they went over and beyond.
