Needs a complete renovation
The apartment condition has nothing to do with the pictures. Bath and bed sheets were clean but the walls need a painting from time ago, the sofas are very dirt (I had to put a towel to sit on them). Abosulte zero decoration which makes the apartment disapointing. It needs a total renewal. The washing machine does not work. the irin table is dirt and the cover is broken.

Ammenties privided in the service apartment Is adequate enough for clients stay for short Periods. The staircase leading to the bedroom is really inconvenient for guests to go on. Otherwise I would overall give an excellent rate especially the location is really excellent and accessible to all major points in Kaula Lampur.

Great for family
Check in and out was very easy. Staff were so friendly and accommodating plus the room itself is cozy for my family. Just the fees that were incurred, 60 for the cleaning fee which they collect to clean the room after you stay and not during. and RM 100 just for the parking fee. But overall, its a very great stay.

Nice architecture with practical and nice amenities. Location is quite good as it is walkable distance from to Bangar LRT station. However, would be much better if surroundings have a bit more eateries or shops.

Looks like shown on photo. However booking thru' expedia, it doesnt have a front desk. Additional 60RM cleaning Charges to be paid in cash only. Promise that the place will be clean up once during the stay. Nobody turn up. Property is located near nowhere. If you groceries, drink or food must take taxi or grab. Not walking distance. Will never come back to this place

Beware of Parking Fees
If you are driving, don't stay there. The parking charges are ridiculous. On 1 day I had to spend rm50 - 60 on parking charges alone. That's because they charge you per entry and if you have a car which guest will not use it multiple times during their stay. The check-in was wishy-washy. There's no check-in counter. You have to look for the coordinator hanging around the lobby. It's more like dealing with kereta-jaga (illegal parking attendants) boys. Guess it's a BNB thing. The furnishings were OK but you sleep up a loft reached with a narrow steep staircase. Unless there is a change in their parking charges, I will not be going there again.Hotels.com should stop putting up BNB places on their site.

The home was quite nice and clean. One thing really dissatisfied me was their service. Before checked in, there is a guy called me and said they were waiting for me at the lobby. When i reached there, i went to the check in counter but sadly the staff told me that i couldnt check in there, i need to contact the host, one thing that pissed me off was his attitude. Next, we requested for an extra card for our home cause we only got one, which was very inconvenience for 2 peoples, but the staff at the counter was being rude again, he could have tell us in a polite way. Overall, it is a nice place to stay

Nice clean spacious cozy apartment but place is quite desolated. There is a cleaning fee which must be paid upon check-in. Though prior during booking, i was informed by owner it would be optional. It turned out otherwise because in my communication with them i had inadvertently referred to the cleaning fee as "housekeeping fee". The owner explained that one is optional and the other mandatory. So I was still faulted and had to pay...

Suite was wonderful. 1 station to kl senttal. Evythg was good accept tv. We wanted to watch football match but during our 2nites stay unable to watch and they take 2days cleaning fee but never come to clean. Cleaning will only be done if u stay more than 7days which i feel its not right.

Great location
Great location to explore Kuala Lumper, set in the middle of the Kuala there's a foot bridge to KL Central station where you can get the underground all over the city, its also a short walk to little india which is great for breakfast and dining out. The apartments are fairly new and are clean, you do have to pay for a final clean, There is also a pool and gym on the ground floor.

I had a great stay at the KL Sentral Bangsar Suites, the studio apartment was well equipped with kitchen items as well as plenty of towels. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Great price. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Bed is on the loft platform. The steps are too narrow and steep. Definitely no-go for kids. No house keeping. No instant coffee or tea bags provided. This is not a hotel. More like airbnb.

The room is new as such it is clean and comfortable. However, the unit that I stayed in faces the LRT & track and it is still very noisy until 4am! The internet connection is also unstable. Bill, the staff who checked me in is extremely cheerful and welcoming.

本次訂房是透過訂房網站購買，結帳時顯示4晚房價與服務費共2筆費用的總金額，待付款完畢，劃面卻出現視窗顯示住宿時還必需繳交清潔費用！心裡想怎麼會這樣呢？入住當天，房東真的也收取了馬幣15元/天，我想合理的費用支出是沒有問題的，但是不懂訂房網站為什麼會欺瞞消費者，不讓我再結帳前清楚知道消費總金額！另外，在此住宿5天清潔人員未曾做過房間清潔，但房東收了清潔相關費用。

超值的公寓式酒店

あまり期待はしない方がいい。
ここは、オーナー次第なんでしょうが、たった1時間でもチェックインを早くしようと思うとお金を請求してくる。 掃除代と言って60リンギット取られる。 場所も微妙。 駅周辺なんもない。 部屋は値段の割にはいい！！ 友達に渡す物を、時間が合わなくて、会えそうになくて、レセプションへ預けたら、まさかの5リンギット取られた。 もう泊まることはない。

非常好
房間空間感很大，3個成年人住也會覺得很寬敞。家具和廚房用具大部分都新的，父母也很滿意。由於接近小印度的關係，在露台會聞到咖哩的味道，不過不開窗就聞不到。整體來說環境是很不錯的

滿舒服的空間也便宜 但是附近飲食比較不方便 靠近印度區有趣 不過有點難點餐 但很麻煩的是 還要另外等待房東管理人跟你約時間check in check out 等來等去 還要用line聯絡 很不方便 希望可以直接退到櫃檯

الفندق جميل / جنب المحطة بس تنزل وتقطع جسر المشاة / يعيبه ماحد يساعدك بحمل الشناط / تصريف الماي فيه مشكله / النظافة لازم تكلمه جلست عندهم ١٣ يوم ماكلمته الا مره وحده / المطبخ متكامل وجميل / مايعطيك الا كرت واحد ولا تقدر تدخل ولا تطلع ولا تستعمل الاصنصير الا بالكرت . عموماً جميل بس ما حبيته .

방사르전철역 바로옆 이동하기 정말편함
대체적으로 가격 대비 깨끗하고 편안한숙박시설 전철역이 바로옆이라서 주변에는 아무것도 없지만 전철로 이동이 수월했습니다

這酒店是出租住宅 房間非常之大 接近700呎 有陽台 wifi非常之好 保安嚴密 又在市中心 非常適合家庭選擇 但這裏是不會每天把房間清潔的 所以要習慣 但本身房間是非常清潔 日夜景也非常美麗

強烈推薦一定要來住的飯店
價格:性價比極高! 位置:位於捷運孟沙站旁，捷運站連接空橋步行約3分鐘，距離中央車站只有一站的距離，步行前往也不遠，附近還有小印度區可以逛街吃美食。 飯店整體:很新，有停車場，還有無邊際泳池、健身房、遊戲室，完全不會無聊。 房間設備:樓中樓的空間很大，四人入住也不覺得擁擠。廚房設備一應俱全，刀具、鍋碗瓢盆、快煮壺、微波爐、冰箱一樣都不少。提供洗衣/烘衣機，非常貼心。重點是相當乾淨! 服務:管家服務態度佳，會說華語和英文，不必擔心無法溝通。櫃檯人員及保全時常面帶笑容，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。
