I booked the room since a month ago for my guest which are not from Malaysia. They travel very far to the hotel to be informed that the room has been cancelled?!! What nonsense is this? They were told that an email was sent to me a week ago but i have gone to a place that have poor internet connection hence i didnt get to check my email. The least u can do is be responsible or booked another hotel for my guest. This is a very bad thing to do to your guest. How can you cancelled an already confirmed booking? Mentioning that the room is fully booked a week before the guest’s arrival. It was during new year eve so most of the hotel are fully booked and my guest have to stay at some other ridiculous hotel and the whole plan was spoilt!!

The worse place i ever stay. The bed was very dirty we got rashes whole body. Everything is a dirty.no toilet roll.

Good apartment, cumbersome check in process. Really need to have reception/front desk, instead we needed to get in touch with manager of the apartment unit and make an appointment of when to check in. Otherwise rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Lo mejor de este departamento es su espectacular vista. Es muy amplio.
No me gusto que no funcionaba la estufa ni el televisor. Tampoco me gusto que esta en una zona con mucha construcción y accesos limitados
