Overated by previous posts. This hotel doesn’t deserve a good rating.Poor in cleanliness and we found cockroach in the room. Dusty and moldy toilet. Disappointed.

Good clean hotel. Modern. The connected mall has no shops left. Location is good if you hail Grab to go anywhere. Breakfast buffet has good variety and overall acceptable quality.

Overall experience stay is satisfactory. Room is spacious and clean, with simple deco. I got a room not facing the main road/highway, so it was nice and quiet. it would be nice to add another chair to the room. Nice to see real plants in and outside the hotel. There is a gym and pool for visitors especially business travellers to wind down. It's good to have recycling bins near the lobby. Staff are friendly. The mall next door is easiy accessible but most shops have closed down. Limited eateries that are walking distance near the hotel at night.

The hotel is a nice hotel. Centrally located, but it is a little dated. My biggest disappointment however is that it is next to the highway, and the windows are not soundproof. I could hear the traffic all night, which disrupted my sleep. The staff was however nice and accommodating. I would stay again if not a room near the highway.
Convenient location close to the city, close to restaurants and convenient stores.

Common toilet smell bad, it remain the same despite being told repeatedly.
My room has 3 residents, they always refilled items for 2 persons only and I have to told them every day for it.
Won’t be taking this property if I have other choice.

Short stay at Vivatel
Checked in almost at 12 midnight. Check in was not very fast but the staff was pleasant enough. Room showed some signs of aging but still acceptable. Depending which bed you sleep on, one may feel warmer than the other person due to poor air con distribution. Toiletries are of designer quality but short of providing the comb. Breakfast spread is good. Overall staff is friendly.
