24/7 front desk helps a lot for our late arrival. A lot things to borrow from lobby, there’s even Nintendo switch! Overall cleanliness is 10/10 and we stay 7 days that comes with 2 days room cleaning service. Walkable distance to Kyoto station and nearby got Lawson, family mart, 7-11 and Yoshinoyo!!! Staff is helpful and didn’t charge us for our slightly late check out. Recommended for big size family wish to stay together. Good!!!!

We booked Glanz Kei on a last day/minute whim as we already had booked longer term accomodation in Osaka, but had done a day trip in Kyoto and wanted to stay an extra night in Kyoto to do a few more things rather than catch the train back. We were very impressed by the accomodation, so much so that we said we would make a note of this one to book on our next trip to Kyoto. We only stayed one night but it would have been comfortable for a much longer stay. The apartments were already very well fitted out but they also had a host of cooking and creature comforts/accessories available to loan in the lobby from toasters to kids toys. For a small apart-hotel, it certainly provided a lot for a very reasonable price and was a short ten minute walk from the Kyoto station. It was also right next to a large mall, however we didn't utilise it on this occasion.

Rooms were new and clean. Staffs were very friendly. Grocery shopping was nearby. Everything was super convenient. My whole family with 2 little kids stayed a week here and we enjoyed the whole stay. Highly recommend this place.

Hidden gem!!!
This place is s a hidden gem. Family friendly, big, clean, nice rooms complete with everything you need. Staff are awesome as well. Spoke great English and very nice and friendly.

This location is great. It’s around the corner from a large shopping area that has Muji, Uniqlo, Daiso, lots of cute clothing stores, stationary stores, bookstore, Gundam store, supermarket, and food court. It about an 8 min walk to the Kyoto Station. The place is a very modern apartment with 24 hour concierge service. They have everything you need for the stay. Very kid friendly. Love that they had a washing machine. Really liked this place.

Loved the huge size of the room and the amenities that came with it. We had everything we needed. Really liked that there was a heater in the bathroom so we wouldn’t catch a cold during/after taking a bath. There was also a built-in dryer for us to dry our clothes after washing.

The vibe and the layout of the building gives off a very homey feeling, the staffs onsite are all very friendly and helpful. Beside is a mall for easy grocery shopping and the station is only a few minutes walk away. Overall, had a very comfortable experience there. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and clean room!
24 hours reception which is a bonus and we feel welcomed as they were already expecting your arrival. Easy check in and staff can speak English. AEON Mall is just next door and 5 mins walk to Kyoto station. Free coffee/tea at reception. Room is clean and acceptable size. Instead of one towel throughout the stay, Glanz Kei will provide the towels based on the number of guests and days which is great. Housekeeping provided if you stayed more than 4 days which is another plus point. It would be better if Glanz Kei can provide more than 2-3 instead of 1 laundry capsule if staying for more than 4 nights. Overall a good and affordable stay if you are in Kyoto:)

The air freshener in the lobby bathroom was so strong that I could not deal with the front desk without getting a headache. I am sensitive to fragrances. I mentioned it but nothing was done about it. Clean bathrooms do not need to be perfumed. Otherwise our stay was a 5.

Awesome Hotel
The room is huge and sparkling clean. The main bedroom has two very comfy large beds. There is a japanese room has comfy futons. The kitchen is big and clean. Big TV by the dine table. The whole room is very family setting. We bought groceries from the aeon market nearby, then cook together. Staffs are very friendly. I feel like I'm living in my own apartment than a hotel. It's very close to Jr Station, a huge daiso, and an aeon.

Check in time was supposed to be at 1500hrs, the staff was flexible for us to check in much earlier as there was no occupant at that time. Place was very cleaned, quiet, friendly staff and located next to a big mall.

Very close to the station which is the main hub you need to be close to. Nestled in a quiet and nice street. This is a very narrow building and beautifully designed to be spacious for 6 of us. Rooms ultra clean and great amenities such as cooking facilities and Netflix using your own account. The staff who work here are very friendly and helpful. Overall great place to stay and highly recommended.

This was our favourite place we stayed in during our whole time in japan. It was so modern and spacious, great location next to Kyoto station and a mall and the staff were fantastic. We are a family of 5 and this place was 10/10. We will definitely recommend it to friends and hope to come back and stay again

Very big for Japan. Just know that the two queen beds are pushed together in a sleeping room. It would be cozy for four people in that one room. We were two people and it was great. But the tatami room has futons if you have more people. And the laundry was great. Two blocks from Kyoto station and around the corner from a huge mall made it super convenient. I would happily return here.

Very good hotel!
The hotel is beside AEON Mall and Kyoto Station. It is really convenient for family. Though the hotel is nearby the main JR station, it's quiet at night. The room is large and clean. The facilities are good, especially for families with kids. The staff is all polite and helpful.

Wonderful hotel for families.
Wonderful stay, employees super nice. We're family of 5 traveling and this was perfect for us, apartment with two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. Special kudos to Yugo, that learned to say thank you in our language. Totally recommend this hotel.
