"Great location and absolutely loved the size of our room which was spacious and clean. We booked a King suite which can sleep up to 6 people but it was super enjoyable for our family of 3. We were in room 36 which was really close to the train tracks so it was fun being able to see the train up close. We were so tired each night so the sound of the train running at night didn’t wake us up at all. Also being able to watch YouTube (bedroom and living room) was also an unexpected and appreciated bonus! The complimentary hot breakfast was such a nice touch which allowed us to get a head start on our day without leaving the property. They also have washer and dryers on site for those needing it. We were on the first floor but note if you are on the second, there isn’t an elevator. Overall we were really pleased with our stay!"

"Really enjoyed staying here, the gazebo was really nice good live music at the weekend. Lake Louise was extremely busy, best way to get there was public bus just outside the hotel need 2 dollars no charge given."
