“Family friendly and very clean”

Me and my family went to visit the Amish and although is about 20 min from the Amish Country this hotel was a good selection.Good price and the hotel was very clean and staff friendly.The kids really had a good time in the pool and we all like the hot breakfast. If you are planning to visit the Amish I recommend you to stay here and to have dinner at Miller's (Route 30 Lancaster)....lots of good heritage food.Please bring me some! Lol Note: Saturday is the best day to visit since they close most of the bussiness on Sunday.

“Great breakfast, convenient location, nice indoor pool and hot tub”

We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Columbia when we were evacuated from NJ due to Hurricane Irene. It was a last minute decision and i basically chose it because of the free continental breakfast and indoor pool for the kids. I was ecstatic to find out the breakfast included hot items such as eggs, bacon, sausage and you could make your own belgian waffles. That was enough to keep me happy, but the bonus was the indoor pool and hot tub which kept the kids busy for hours. The location is basically 15 to 20 minutes from lancaster and all attractions in that area so it was a great mini vacation spot. Staff was friendly and room was nice size with fridge and microwave.....overall I was completely satisfied and would definitely reccommend this hotel to others.

“Great family hotel!”

We booked this online site unseen. We were thrilled with our room! Clean, comfortable, very affordable and convenient to our destinations- Dutch Wonderland (about 10 min. away) and Hersheypark (about 20 min. away).

“Highly Recommended!”

We chose The Comfort Inn Columbia because of it's price and the location (not too close , but not too far away from the major attractions.) We were extremely pleased with EVERYTHING! The room was immaculate! The bed extremely comfortable. Our room was located on the second floor and right over the hotel office. We were not bothered at all by any noise. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. There was ample, close parking. The pool area and Hot tub was aslo quite clean. We would definitely recommend this establishment and would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn Columbia AGAIN!

“Weekend getaway with my wife”

The Comfort Inn Columbia was a great deal and excellent location. The room rate includes breakfast (waffles, cereals, fruits, vegatables, bagels, muffins, donuts, OJ, etc), there is a nice pool and hot tubs, and a weight room. There are other hotesl in the area that charge twice as much but offer half the amenities this hotel did. The free wireless internet access was great too and went well with all the cable stations they offered us. The outlet malls and the tourist attractions were literally 10 minutes away.

Non-smoke is my required on the top list and the hotel have no smoke smell, it is great!

“Would stay here again”

We had a very nice stay at the Comfort Inn. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, which they kept well stocked with fresh eggs, bacon, sausage and hot coffee. It was in a very quiet location, no traffic noise, yet easily accessible from the main roads. The only thing we would have liked is it to have had something more comfortable to sit on in the room besides the bed or the two straight backed chairs. Perhaps a small love seat, or couch, but otherwise, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would stay there again.

this hotel was above average. room was comfortable and spacious. was a little dissappointed with the "whirlpool room"...was a single person tub with jets. would stay again.

“Nice place to stay”

This Comfort Inn is not in the center of Lancaster where you find the outlets and other attractions. It's about 20 minutes west of that center of activity. It's a nice hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub, clean rooms with clean bathrooms, and a good breakfast. Less than 10 minutes away is the Turkey Hill Experience, a fun time for children and grown-ups alike.
