“Wonderful, exceeded my expectations!”
The place was really clean, the staff was warm and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was yummy. The only complaint was the horrible smell outside of the hotel because of a nearby farm. We would run into the car and forget the pool. Aside from that this was the best hotel so far that we've stayed at when we go to Lancaster, It's a little out of the way but we didn't mind because we were really impressed with the hotel

Although only stayed one nite,enjoyed very much. Very clean and all employees very helpful and attentive.
“Like being at home”
Absolutely a wonderful time. It felt like being at a family member's home rather than a hotel right from the check in till check out. Excellent caring and helpful staff. They answered any questions ( sometimes before we even got to ask them) . And they made sure we didn't leave the desk without grabbing a cookie to snack on. Already planning to stay there next summer for our soccer tournament. Pool area extremely clean as was the whole hotel.

This was a great Hotel and a great price!! There were 4 of us and everyone was satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the facility.

“Very nice for the price”
We were in the area for a family event and did not want to stay on hotel row (Rte 30 near Dutch Wonderland). This place was very nice, although it's in the middle of nowhere. It was very convenient to the places we had to go, but we would not be interested in staying there again, unless a similar event takes us to that area.

“Hotel great, guests not so much”
Overall our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. We came to town for a dinner at the Mansion at Mount Hope. There was a large group of very loud guests talking about innapropriate issues when we were trying to take advantage of the continental breakfast that made us go up to our room. Other than that it was a nice stay.
“Location, Location, Location”
The rual hotel is about 12 miles from Lancaster which was not a problem. The fact that the hotel is situated near a poultry farm creates a very bad odor as you enter & exit the hotel. The furniture in the room also needs replacing. It is functional but dated.
“Good enough but skip the complimentary breakfast!!!”
The rooms were just "ok" - not really up to date or comfortable. But, it was fine for one night. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is b/c of the complimentary breakfast. It was terrible, nothing tasted good and was very cheap/generic AND there were flies flying all around the breakfast room.
