“great value”
Besides the pillows that were old and hard, everything was a great value. I selected the hotel for the location, I was happy with the choice.
“very comfortable with very nice staff everywhere!!”
Has everything you need with a beautiful view of the Vegas strip. Very nice at night. Actually, when I look back on the experience EVERY Person was beyond pleasant and helpful. From the check in staff, to the room service people, to the wonderful waitress in The Fins restaurant who remember our drink order from the night before, to the concierge, to the parking attendant! Everyone was happy and kind!!! Not one unpleasant person! In this very unhappy world, that was truly awesome!
“THIS RESORT IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!”
Extremely nice change from staying on the Strip. If you are tired of the normal hustle bustle of strip life you might consider a nice change and stay at the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa. My wife and I stayed there one night and were thoroughly pleased with the service, cleanliness and condition of the resort, and outstanding casino! Additionaly, if you want everything within your hands reach than try out this resort. You have great rooms, a wide range of eating opportunities, a theater right in the resort, and shopping called the the District just across the street from where you are staying with more eating establishments and the like. We will definitely stay at the Green Valley Resort on our next trip to Vegas. What a nice change of pace from the Strip.
“Great place!”
Nice clean place with very friendly staff. I would revisit for sure.
“A Wonderful Hotel”
Just loved everything about it. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom a perfect size to move around in with two people. The pool was just lovely and quiet unlike a hotel on the strip which we stayed at many many times since I have family in Las Vegas. The restaurants were great and have no complaints about the food, always very tasty and hot and reasonably priced. The staff could not have been nicer and the valet was always very very helpful with taking our car and when we needed to get our car to leave the hotel could not have been easier.
“Would love to visit again!”
Great time and great service!
“We will definetly stay here again !”
We arrived on 6/30 at 10:30 a.m. we were able to check in right away. How convient this was. Everyone from the valets, front desk were exceptionally nice and treated us as if we were special. The room was exceptional, down pillows and comforter. We experienced no HIDDEN charges as we read in other reviews. They do charge $19.99 a day plus tax chsrge for facility uses ? But this was not hidden it was explained at check in.All staff greets you with a smile and ask if there is anything they could help us with."very nice"All the resturants were very good, We ate at Hanks, Grand Cafe And the Italian place, did not eat at the buffet as lines were HUGE.I did not enjoy the gaming tables as the dealers were not very friendly or personable.Won $1000 on a slot machine and I'm not a slot player. We did spend over $250 on taxis but was worth it as I would not attempt to drive in this town and you never wait for a taxi, always one available. The shuttle is not very accomidating with the hours it runs to the strip,It does not start until 1:00 P.M. on the weekends. As always atay away from the in room mini bar, prices are listed though so there is no sticker shock at check out. Great Stay !
“relaxation in style”
I stayed at this hotel for a quick golf get away and was very impressed by the level of service I recieved. Hotel is a bit of a maze until you get used to it, valet service is fast and frinedly. I did eat at Hanks and service was fine, portions are big so room to share with a friend. I had rented a car so it was easy to drive to strip, took no time at all and nice to get to and out of from Airport. Pool is very nice and relaxing, this is an upscale resort at a reasonable rate compared to staying at the Wynn or Bellagio.
“Wonderful hotel. We will stay there again for sure.”
The hotel is away from the noise of the STRIP but not too far. It's in the newer part of the town and across from many shops. It's very well maintained. The rooms were very pleasant and the bathrooms are new and shinny. Service was very good!
“Beautiful Place, VERY Convenient location, Everything within walking distance”
Employees varied from very responsive, friendly and helpful especially parking staff....to having customer wait long time (concierge dept) while talking to a customer on the phone who called during my question... instead of putting them on hold...occurred a couple of times.
