"The hotel is well situated for Manchester airport terminal two, barely five minutes' walk away, maybe ten minutes' walk from the train station. The walk is not entirely covered so be aware of the weather. The check-in process was simple, the room was small but functional, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, good water pressure. The hotel has no restaurant but they gave me a discount for the restaurant in the adjacent Holiday Inn which was nice enough. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, I saved that for after bag drop and security. If you're wanting luxury go somewhere else, if you want good value for a night before or after a flight it'll do that just fine."

"The apartment is well positioned right next to St Peter's Square. It was clean and well equipped. The fire alarm went off at 5 am and we had to walk down 10 floors while the fire fighters checked and the all clear was soon given. At least it proves there is a working system!"
