“Will be my hotel in Frankfort”

This facility is newly remodeled and has the look of a more expensive hotel. The breakfast was nicer and more complete than in other chains. The staff members were helpful and polite.

“Nice, convenient place to stop on the way”

The check-in staff was very pleasant and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-kept. Breakfast included some hot items as well as some healthy options. Very convenient stop for us as we visited a couple distillaries on our way to the Smokey Mountains.

“Perfect Staging for Distillery Tours”

Worked fine for our purposes. Right on the main drag, and easy access to downtown and the distilleries we were touring.

“Not up to par for Fairfield Inns”

We called to ask for specific directions to get to the hotel from our event site which was in the same city. The man at the desk couldn't give us directions. It seemed that the hotel was understaffed. There was a long line waiting to check in and only one person behind the counter. The room was clean. The breakfast area was dirty. When we went for breakfast in the morning, there was no one attending to the food. Everything was low or run out. Counters and tables were dirty and the garbage was overflowing. Also, the pool area was not kept clean. There was a ring around the pool right above the water level. Also, the hot tub was not filled. Had to constantly track down towels. I've stayed at many Fairfield Inns in the past because you can usually depend on the quality. This one does not fit their standards.
