Staff was very friendly at check in. We had two rooms which were both very clean. There’s also a pretty good variety of restaurants close by. The free breakfast was great also. If I needed to stay somewhere in the area again I would stay there.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room bed linens were clean. Just a few minor touch ups needed on the walls. Guests enjoyed the pool area. Furniture in main lobby needs to be reupholstered. Would stay again.

The room was very nice and very comfortable. The pool was closed it seems we get that a lot no matter where we stay. We choose hotels with a pool and inevitably they are closed for some reason or other. I would call ahead if that is a concern. That being said I would definitely stay here again- Breakfast was good nice variety but I do hope they get a waffle maker!

Shower arrangement is inconvenient and difficult to keep dry. Check in very good. They knew nothing about the gold passport program

The property was overall okay. The breakfast options were lacking the morning we checked out. The biggest issue we had was the noise. You could hear everything! We didn't get much sleep as it sounded as if the semis that were on the highway were right next to us. It rained that night and you could hear the continuous dripping of what sounded like it was in our room but it was run off outside our window. It was very loud!

The thermostat in the room did not function. I reported it to the front desk, they offered me another blanket. When I awoke the day of my departure, the temperature in the room was 63 degrees.

Convenient for getting on/off I-75 while road tripping. Check-in was quick & easy, accommodations were comfortable and the morning breakfast was very good. Very satisfied with our hotel choice!

Perfect location to many different restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although there was a minor issue when I requested a late check out and it was not recorded properly prompting a phone call from the front desk asking why we hadn’t left yet. But that was easily resolved. Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Average at best. Had to be moved three times. First room the sink would not drain at all and would have overflowed with continued use. Called front desk to ask if maintenance could come look at it and they said maintenance was out until Monday. Moved us to a different floor and room. That room only had a king bed when we were very specific at check in less than 30 minutes prior that we were traveling with five people and had to have two beds and sleeper sofa. Had to be moved to a third room on a different floor again. Pool area had no towels and front desk didn’t want to restock them. No bedding in room for sleeper sofa. Bed was decently comfortable though and room was a nice size although the layout was terrible! The vanity and only sink in the room directly faces the beds. So it’s impossible to get ready in the morning without waking everyone up. Room was definitely not designed with multiple travelers in mind.

Staff was minimal. I saw one girl working the front desk friday and saturday had to wait long periods of time for any help. Never any towels at the pool, and it was full of kids for a birthday party that weren't even staying at the hotel!

Hotel itself has potential but insane noise of other guests and stink of marijuana in halls was too much. Barely slept and for what we paid it was very disappointing. Stay next door at the homewood suites instead. Much better.
