Wasn’t very clean.. lasted 5 mins in pool when I realized how dirty the pool liner was. Very poorly taken care of

The hallway carpets tripping hazard, and the front receptionist was pretending to be clueless when we asked for an early check-in due to a wedding we were attending. Did not have an elevator to the second floor?

I enjoyed the room.i was a little upset that the restauarant was closed at 10am as I had planned to have breakfast after check out but I ended up going across the street to the Southside Grill and it was good.

The lobby was the focal point, very clean and tidy. It went down hill from there. The carpeting in the halls outside our room was duct taped and bulged and torn the entire length! Opened our room door and was first mildly impressed, until closer inspection. Carpeting was stained, walls were banged up, bed frame I was pretty sure was going to collapse. Cobwebs, grime in corners. When booking room pretty sure it specified breakfast included, nope, that was extra. The only bonus was the pool was great and just across the road was a fantastic diner.

Surprised at the hotel and rooms for the price- great value. Needs some upgrading but clean and comfortable. There was a wedding going on and lots of construction workers (up early) so made for a noisy night. Lobby was very nice as were the staff. Parking a little sketchy - wide open lot and rough paving. Very convenient being close to 401 & Wellington St. WOuld definitely stay again for a short term stay.

Loved the pool, room clean Staff seem a little disinterested in guests. 2nd time here and they seem barely friendly at best. Chair or 2 in the lobby were in need of being thrown in the garbage. Not a good look. Restaurant was closed or locked just after 10 am?? For the most part hotel is ok.
