"Great check in experience. We rode in on a motorcycle and he opened his courtyard as off street parking for us. It was easy to find and central to the historic sites of Derry. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast ladies made us feel very welcomed and prepared a delicious custom morning meal. Great experience! Highly recommend staying here. We would come back again."

"The big selling point of the hotel is the pool and the hotel location, the biggest problem with the hotel is the lack of good well trained staff especially in the breakfast room, its a free for all, couldn't believe it, few teenagers doing their best with no one to point them in the right direction. We were on the 5th floor and the noise from the "rave" party from the 1st floor function room was horrendous, went on to the early hours, not acceptable for a four star establishment, i think i'll...
