"Very handy for the theatre Breakfast wasnt great"

"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. Don't know what was wrong with the plumbing, but it wasn't very convenient to brushing your teeth!"

"Lovely building, clean, relaxed atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. In rooms would benefit from walk showers for safer,easier use. Also problem that water also goes on to floor under screen when using over bath shower in both rooms booked "

"Stayed here several times. Friendly staff, lovely food. Clean hotel. Sadly beds are so uncomfortable affecting quality of sleep. "

"Really great hotel in a fabulous area. Would have thought it would have been a lot more expensive considering the location. Lovely room and lovely bathroom (proper bathroom, so many other be in the area had a glass box as a bathroom so no privacy). Would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again. "

"The location was perfect! Right off River Thames, next to Big Ben, The London Eye, Westminister Bridge. The hotels bar/lounge, Primo Bar had excellent service, great tasting & very well made drinks. Hotel staff were friendly & quick with requests. The concierge was super helpful. Room service was tasty & delivered very timely. Would stay here again & recommend."

"The property was beautiful & well maintained. The staff in every area couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The only area we would question is the restaurant. The food was excellent but we made the hotel our base & stayed for 2 weeks. We could not eat spicy Mexican and Peruvian tapas for that long."
