"I chose this property for it's proximity to Heathrow Airport and that is great. Dining options are limited and it can only be accessed via the bus. It would be great if there was a free shuttle bus option offered to customers."

"It's a Hampton Inn. Been to one in Spain, of course back home in the states and they never disappoint. Was very impressed as this one is at the airport (so don't expect much if you want to walk around the area 😁)"

"Despite a drab exterior, the interior of the hotel is good. Our room was spacious and comfortable although the view from the window was of a blank wall.Staff were polite and helpful. The free breakfast was good and well run by staff.overall a pleasant stay and we would return."

"Our toilet would not flush. They had to have someone show us how to do it. It has a handle. You flush it, but it didn’t work. The person showed us to pump it until it flushed. That was at least 5 times. I think they could afford to fix a toilet, and it should be a priority. I’m surprised they would rent a room that doesn’t. Otherwise, it was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff and service was very friendly and helpful."
