From the minute we arrived the reception staff were great. Were allowed to leave our suitcases there as we arrived early as going to a matinee. The room was a decent size and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots to pick from. Will be staying again

As always this is my go to hotel in the Square area. Everything is on the door step this hotel is so easy to get in and out. They upgrade you for free and it's just so relaxing to unwind in the place then also be about to go out for entertainment in the West End in seconds. Prices also not too bad. I can't get enough of this place, frankly.
