They give two small packs of cookies/biscuits every day and have hot chocolate bags besides tea bags and coffee bags which was really nice. The place is 5 minutes walk from the British museum and subway station.

Very clean and enjoyable room. Bathroom is clean as well and the cleaning staff comes by daily. Area around the hotel is safe. Could be a bit noisy because of the walls between other rooms, but primarily quiet throughout the day. Would recommend their breakfast option as you could add on free breakfast during your stay. Staff are also nice and friendly.

Nice hotel, nice and convenient area and good staff. Why the bad review? The plumbing doesn’t work and the staff knows it. Toilets don’t flush. Asked to change rooms and was told that all the toilets are the same. Spoke to some guests and they had the same experience and all had different fixes. Jiggle the handle before flushing. Flush four times quickly. Sorry, but it could be a Four Seasons but if the toilet doesn’t flush it’s a dump.

Good quiet location as bedroom at back of hotel overlooking garden. Bedroom too hot with sun shining in all day, even when we kept the curtains closed. Staff efficient and friendly. Very good choice of food at breakfast but didn't have any other meals there.
