My stay here was very comfortable. The capsules were clean, quiet, and felt private which was perfect for a few nights in London. Abilina at the front desk assisted me with check-in and made the process smooth and easy. She was welcoming and professional, which really set the tone for a positive stay.

Just what I needed for an overnight stay. The hotel was easy to find, really close to the underground station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Capsule was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom area was clean. Would definitely stay again.

I was really surprised at how comfortable the capsule was. Had a great night's sleep. The shared bathroom facilities were okay - could have been cleaner around the trough sink areas. Staff were very accommodating on check in. Location was super. It's a good stopover for the Eurostar or that essential business that has to be done. I'd definitely stay again.

Great space for a quick one night turnaround or for backpacking. On the doorstep to picadilly circus. Beds are nice, comfy and clean. Could potentially do with some air conditioning/fan in the pods as it currently just has an extractor and it became quite hot inside - imagine it would be pretty dreadful in peak summer.

It’s very basic, but I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfy. Easy check-in. I didn’t use the showers but they looked clean. Main downside is that the pods get incredibly hot and sweaty, even with the fan turned on.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal malheureusement il est infeste de punaises de lit et j’ai ressenti des démangeaisons après la 2ème nuit je me suis donc clairement enfuie… C’est dommage car le concept est sympa mais les propriétaires doivent prendre des mesures pour l’hygiène et la sécurité de tous!!!!

There was dirt under the bed, the bathroom was not very clean, and the sink was blocked with standing water. The whole place feels like it is under construction, the stairs are confusing and not clearly signposted, and one of the lifts was out of order, which caused long queues to go up and down.
