I didn't spend much time in the hotel... but what time I did spend there was pleasant enough. There may have been facilities that I didn't sample. It cannot be mistaken for someplace with "old school charm"... it is a modern "efficient" (well... apart from slow lifts!) building. But then, that also means that it doesn't have inefficient windows or an accumulation of annoying "little quirks". Quite near major shopping and a good tube station

It's convenient and probably the best price in the area. A bit shabby, lifts can sometimes be a wait, but good for the price. I stay here often.
