Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. "A good value overall. One issue. Upon check-in, I noticed our television wasn’t working. I immediately emailed and they replied quickly, saying that it would be fixed the following morning. Upon returning from a day out, we had exactly one channel. It remained that way for the balance of the trip and they ignored polite requests for some nominal money back. "

"Great location in central Manhattan. Our room could have been cleaner and we found random dirt items including old contact lenses on the floor of our room suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned. There were also dirt markings all over the white walls and stains on table tops and the chair. Otherwise I would consider staying here again given the location, safety of the property, and price. "

Neither of us our from the city, but thought that our boys would enjoy the change of pace from our suburban life. The room itself is cozy. It slept five, but in all honesty two of our boys had to share a bed. It was exceptionally clean, and well stocked. There is a stove top, but now oven.
