Arrived at.5.30pm but the room are still not housekeeping. Give them enough time we come back on 9.00 pm. The front desk tell our room are ready to check in. But when I check in the room are very dirty....have so many hair and baby powder under the floor, table and at tv cabin... The freezer are licking, bath room and toilet door are stuck and not in good condition...the kettle are creck but still can use... Overall it not the good experience to stay again....indah kabar dari rupa..

1.no internet in the room 2. On the bed a lot of sand 3. Pillows and cases are very bad 4. Cheated.. no swimming pool but the price still same 5. Dirty floor 6. TV3 broadcast no sound 7.budget hotels are better than that

There’s nothing special about this hotel and out of my family expectation. My family complained that room too smelly and didn’t provide towel for shower and room quite dirty. And the room isn’t completely ready for check in.

Pool besar 👍 Toilet busuk..masuk bilik ada air ditepi katil..cadar dan sarung bantal dah lama tak tukar..bilik 4 org towel cuma 2 helai..bila minta towel sampai balik pun tak dapat..perabot tv dan kebanyakan peralatan dah lama..

The location is good but overall the resort condition is in need of lots of improvement.Very sad to say "Nice Spot" but terrible management from room service, house keeping and lousy breakfast. My sincere opinion mostly visitor could consider your resort regards to the location but once check-in they definitely will not come again ever or recommend to others. I pity the staff whom worked there....need entire improvement immediately.

strongly not recommended this resort. the image of the pool is belongs to the nearby resort. this resort no restaurant and swimming pool. the pool image give wrong expectation to those who looking for good quality resort. the nearby resort swimming pool is dirty and crowded. the children and adults are not wearing swimwear but with long pants and t shirt and no officer to control. I cannot use the pool because was too crowded. the room was dirty and no worth for money at all. this resort spoil my vacation and mood. please avoid this resort.

Must change management or at least increase staff.
Terrible as facilities not up to the standard of 3 star hotel n apprmt. No remove for tv. No wifi at room. Take longer time when we call n need something to be sent to the room.

Can improvise on the facilities in the room especially the TV and the dressing table. It’s high time to get upgrade to a better wardrobe and dressing table since the top of the table came out. The linens need to be cleaner. However, comfort wise it was good. Hope to see a change by upgrading the room 👌

Terrible hotel
Terrible hotel. We booked for 2 Aparment 2 queen size bed but they give us standard room. The room number in the reservation list have been erased and replaced by new standard rooms, in which 1 room the aircon is not working. Room is not clean, bedsheet and other stuff is dusty. Staff customer service is too way below service level.

Stay 2 nights here with quad sharing room. Nothing to impress with the resort. Boring place to be. Breakfast totally out of our taste. The resort located far from the beach at almost 800m. You cannot see the beach at all.

- Paid 2 rooms with the same price. But received 2 diff room type. - Need to ask 3 times to get the room cleaned & get towels.(morning, noon, afternoon) - No towels were provided on the first night. excuse: no towel available. still in laundry! - Breakfast buffet was so disappointing.

Nice hotel
When arrived i was looking for a parking and saw the swimming pool was so dirty, ugly and i might say suitable for the monkeys to swim not human. But during check in, the staff mentioned the pool is close now and we can enjoy swimming and breakfast at next door hotel which is make me and my mum smiling again. On my booking, I choose a room with 1 queen bed but surprisingly our room had 2 queen bed and again we were happy stayed there with my 1 year old baby.

Horrible place
Firstly there is no facility in the hotel, every facilities were available on sharing basis with the sister property next door which is not too convenient. room was bad and hot as it is facing the sunset and terribly small air conditioning unit.. leaving us sweating. despite less than five rooms were occupied, I was given the high floor unit and there was no trolley or bellman to assist me with the luggages. only 1 part time staff at the counter.. who don't seems to bother much about who's coming or leaving.
