“fantastic panorama”

there is no gym and spa. The hotel recommands a local one for free but it takes 20 min to go and it is not based in a very safe area.

“One of the best”

This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Comfortable rooms, great views, and helpful staff. Lyon is a nice city, and the T1 tramline runs right past the hotel, although it is only a 15 minute walk to places such as Place Bellcour and Place Carnot.

“Well located city centre hotel”

Having read previous reviews saying negative things, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The location next to the station, metro and tram lines, Rhone Express and the shopping centre make it an excellent location. Excellent view of the city from the restaurant and bar area. Rooms may look rather dated but they work well and free WIFI in the rooms is an asset. Breakfast can be taken either in the hotel or the many locations in the shopping centre. Really enjoyed my stay.

“Not impressed”

The hotel staff was moderately helpful when we could find one that could speak English. The bed, though we requested a king was a queen, and hard as a rock, not firm just hard. Breakfast buffet was an extra 29 euros which so wasn't worth it. The location was in the middle of the business area. Not so good. I personally would not stay here again.

“Radisson SAS Hotel Lyon Part Dieu”

If you are looking for a nice comfortable 4 star hotel, DO NOT stay here. The rooms are so small, that some 2 start hotels would be embarassed to show them. The beds are old, and the hotel is in serious need of renovation. The heating/Cooling system is also in serious need of review. The only good thing, are the views of Lyon that are stunning.
