“Small town cleanliness”
I have found that, in my travels, a small town can usually be a bust when it comes to lodging and the attractiveness thereof. This place was very well kept and convenient to the 'downtown' Macomb area.
“Great place to stay in Macomb”
The Rodeway Inn at Macomb offers a great family friendly place to stay. The pool and hot tub looked inviting and well maintained. Open area yet one did not feel like they were on public display while swimming.. Nice breakfast area. Room was great with lots of plug ins for phones, laptops and so on. The room was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and work surfaces. Staff were very hospitable and helpful to us with locating stores, restaurants and other requests. If you are in Macomb visiting family or just passing through this is a great place to stay.
“As expected”
Nothing out of the ordinary here... nice, clean room, working indoor pool/hot tub, free continental breakfast (which I did not take advantage of). Good value. Parts of the hotel were being renovated, but no noticable noise or distractions.
“Clean although remodeling”
The hotel is under construction for remodeling so the appearance of the hallways reflects a work zone. The room was fine.
“McComb's Best For The Money”
The staff was great. I have a service dog, and they didn't give me any grief, or try to charge me extra. The room was clean and came with a fridge and microwave. It was fine. Not luxurious, but a great buy for the money.
“Really Nice Place”
I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I thought that it was very nice that the hotel provided 24 hour complimentary coffee and tea to its customers. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I have been here before and it seems to be lacking cleanliness. There was mold in our bathroom. The pool area smelled - did not look clean.

room 116 cealing in shower falling down, bathroom door doesnt clode/stay shut(latch or door off alignment),pool which is an indoor pool looks good but dirt , and bugs leaves floating in water. Orange juice from machine in breakfast room was basically water no orange juice in it, garbage can outside of back entrance door was over filled and on ground. Back entrance door was not key coded and always open so some one can just wal in and kill me and others. upkeep poor . Low income town so I'm sure there is a highschool kid looking for a maintaince job
