“Reality stinks”

Pictures looked nice--description seemed OK. But the harsh reality is that the hotel was a nightmare. The rooms are amazingly crampted--not enough square footage to even open a suitcase on the floor. Our room was approximately 12 square meters (110 sq feet). The rooms / bedding were not clean. Facility was very old not not well kept. Despite having pre-paid our hotel on Exedia, we would have checked out if we could have found a room at other nearby hotels. There are quality tourist hotels in Playa de Palma--this is not one of them. There are better values to be had. Beware!
