“will be going back”
very nice hotel,staff all friendly and helpful,was self catering so cant comment on the food,only a 2min walk to the beach,hotel nice and clean would definitley stay there again..
“Very welcoming hotel”
From first entering the hotel, we felt very welcome. Reception was very helpful and most friendly. Great location; not far from the beach and near the local supermarket. The pool and gardens were well tended too as well as the room being very clean and fresh laundry. Thank you to all at Palmeras Playa! A most enjoyable week.
“Good value and great position”
The hotel was good quality and clean. Excellent animaiton team and activities organised and evening entertainment. My kids did not want to go home, actually neither did my husband and I. Very close to shops and beach. Fabulous for families. We loved it and would stay again but the food at the hotel is pretty revolting.
“Nice place to stay”
We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was a nice size and we we're provided with a proper cot for our 5 month old daughter. We had no problem sleeping as was silent once the entertainment finished at 11pm. Liked the location as only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Make sure to visit the other protur hotels and use their pools you can get wrist bands from reception.
“Stone's throw from the beach”
Excellent location, rooms good size with excellent amenities including a full bath and plenty of kitchen utensils and air conditioning. Pool crowded during the summer holidays it's a bit small for the numbers staying but with the beach so close we just went there intead. PLenty of great restaurants close by, lovely location would go back again.
“Comfortable - but sun worshippers may be dissappointed”
Excellent location for exploring beaches, local bars & restaurants on Sa Coma, S'Illot and even Cala Millor. Hotel was clean and and appartment clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Reception staff mostly helpful. Maid service v.good. Good mix of european guests, mostly families. We stayed self catering so can't comment on 'all inclusive' package but most non UK guests seemed to be on this. In Aug hotel was very full and had too many sunbeds around pool for comfort. Hotel pool in poor position for sun - hotel blocks sun from each side of pool in turn as sun moves around. Good hotel and great value but there are hotels better placed for sun around same area.
“Basic!”
This is a basic 3 star hotel, from listening to the All Inclusive clients the food was awful with little variety each day personally I cannot comment on it. Unfortunately one day Poo was discovered in the pool which we had to twice complain to staff before it was removed. The manager was very reassuring and got it sorted out. I must state this hotel is perdominated GERMAN and DUTCH not many English at all.
