"Location was phenomenal, especially considering the proximity to the extraordinary house reef, which was why we booked the hotel. The only reason I didn't rank it higher was that the food was not very good, and as a full board resort with no other options, the food quality was pretty important. I feel if they stuck with traditional Indonesian food and fresh seafood they would be fine, but they tried too hard to cater to their international clientele and failed. "Conveniently located next to the hospital, which is why I chose this place needing unexpected care last minute. This hotel needs a face lift and feels very tired. Very dissapointed to not have hot water in the room, expecially being sick and having gone without a hot shower for 3 months now. Breakfast was very simple and bland, i would reccomend skipping it and going out. Overall, unless you need to go to the hospital I would not reccommend this hotel."

However the wood flooring by the patio doors was broken, with loose floor boards, exposing a small cavity space below. This presented a health and safety hazard, as well as the wooden decking on the patio, which was in a state of complete disrepair.
