This smoke-free country inn in Ashland offers 26 guest rooms, including 19 suites and 7 guest rooms. Located two miles from Ashland's downtown, the inn features an organic garden. Lithia Springs Resort is located approx. 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland off I-5. The property is set against a hillside and surrounded by lush gardens and trees causing the sight and sounds of the roads to disappear. Lithia Springs Resort is conveniently located a short 4 minute drive from downtown Ashland where one can find local theater, shopping, outdoor recreational activities as well as fine dining.
A highlight of this quiet smoke free resort is the organic flower garden that rolls freely throughout our property. Here in beautiful southern Oregon we are subject to all four exciting seasons and the gardens are in a constant state of change. There is also a small carefully cultivated organic vegetable garden which provides many of the herbs, vegetables and berries used in our complimentary homemade breakfast.

The Lithia Springs Inn has 26 guest rooms, including 19 suites and 7 guest rooms. All units offer complimentary coffee and tea, air conditioning, complimentary bottled water, TVs, CD players, and complimentary wireless Internet access. Free local calls can be made from a guest phone in the lobby. All rooms are non-smoking.
The most exciting aspect of our property though, is of course our access to healing mineral waters. Many of the rooms actually have soaking tubs right in the room, providing a private and intensely relaxing bathing experience. All of the water we use on site is our natural mineral water which is high in key elements that support detoxification. The mineral content of our water paired with its high alkalinity helps to flush impurities from the body and support over all wellness. Lithia Springs Resort sits on a 4 acre plot teeming with wild and bird life. We are located in close proximity to the Ashland Greenway, a bike path that runs from Grants Pass all the way through Ashland. The bike path is perfect for bikers, runners or anyone looking for a peaceful walk. The town of Ashland is an outdoor enthusiasts dream with season round activities. There is never a dull moment in this little mountain town. We highly recommend Lithia Park located near the plaza downtown; Lithia Park has miles of walking/running trails as well as a vast local botanical garden. The recreational activities listed below may be found in close proximity to our Resort.
The Shakespeare Theater and Lithia Park are both approximately 1.5 miles from the resort. Ashland offers several theater companies and concerts year-round, and a music festival in the summer. Southern Oregon has more than 20 small vineyards and five wineries. Ashland has many art galleries, public tennis courts, and one city-owned nine-hole golf course. A variety of water sports are available within 20 miles of the resort. Mount Ashland Ski area is 20 miles away, and the Tibetan Monastery, with the largest Buddha outside of Asia, is 12 miles away.

“good stay, but:”
can't complain, really. everything was immaculate and pleasant, a good buy. food spare but delicious, not included in price. signage was poor and we couldn't find the place initially. off season, so very empty. close to freeway, could hear it outside. gardens not in bloom, but that's everywhere in march. otherwise a nice place with nice people and certainly comfy. easy access to town.
“Lithia Springs”
The Hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were well laid out and suited to providing a relaxing stay. The grounds of the hotel are very attractive and pleasing to the eye. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cluster of suites just outside of Ashland. Very nice breakfast and late afternoon snack and wine tasting. Helpful people.

This place deserves a stay for a relaxing time. Out of the main area of town, it offers a reprieve from any traffic or hub-bub - and you can enjoy the beauty of Oregon. Great food for breakfasts and gorgeous garden grounds.

Can't go wrong staying here...especially in the winter time when the rates are down. The gardens are dormant but the cheer remains.
“Very nice and accomodating”
Very nice inn just a short distance from downtown Ashland. The breakfasts are amazing and they even have little extras like wine tasting in the afternoon and peanut butter cookies at night. Staff and owner were very friendly and accomodating.
“Relaxing, not boring”
A great place to enjoy some nice scenery and very pleasant staff to assist in any way possible. The suite was great with the two person jetted tub. The only thing I might have liked was a fireplace, which the cottages have. Otherwise it was exactly what I was hoping for.

This is a beautiful setting. Very relaxing. The gardens are exquisite and the amenities outstanding. I loved the afternoon tea and the breakfast was outstanding.
“Will stay there again”
A beautiful setting only minutes by car from downtown and OSF. The grounds are spacious, and we found it more relaxing than the smaller B&Bs that we've stayed in while in Ashland. Our rooms were large, and we had a private deck overlooking the garden. Breakfast entrees vary every day, and were very good. Service is pretty low key, but friendly. The only real downside is that you need a car to get anywhere, but nothing is far.
