“Great Holiday”
First time in Menorca and would go back. The Hotel was nice and loved the resort with the harbour.The only faults i could find with the apartment were that the fridge was a bit old and rusty on the outside so needed to be changed. And the airconditioning was very poor, it is a very old system. However,I was very pleased to have a first floor flat as the ground floor flats had no privacy.
“Not what the photos showed!”
We booked this hotel as the photos showed it to have spa facilities. The hotel we thought we had booked was not the same hotel when we turned up. When we asked whether the hotel had a sauna, the man behind reception firstly said 'no' and then said 'oh its broken'! Funny how it can be broken when its not actually there! We stayed self catering and tried to order food at the pool bar at 12 midday and was told only all inclusive can have food from 12 midday, we self caterers have to wait until 1pm. This seems a bit silly given that they are cooking anyway. Finally, the beds are uncomfortable, the maids wake you up really early and if your apartment is near the main outside entertainment area, it is very noisy
“would not recommend”
this was not the hotel we book from the pictures and detais at the time of booking. when we got there the appartment we were given had a smell of damp and the bedroom and bathroom had water pouring through the ceilings every time it rained. we tryed to move appartments but were told by hotel management 70 other rooms had the same problem. this hotel is not water tight, i would not recomment for other people to stop at this hotel.
