Una de las mejores alternativas para estadías largas. Habitación espaciosa. Siempre ordenado y en pleno centro a metros del Zócalo. Nada que me desagrade de este lugar. Agregaría secador de pelo.

The location is good for exploring the Zocalo. The beds were very hard and the pillows horrible. Our room had a corner of the TV platform that was a hazard. I hit my head on it. The elevator only worked part of the time. There was only one small bottle of water for two people provided. Room cleaners did a good job.

I like that it was close to zócalo and main avenues. They have a storage room so you can leave your stuff after you checkout from the hotel. I didn’t like that it was noisy at night, you have to leave your key every time you go out. Beds are really hard, bed sheet's have hairs on them, they don’t change them often. Other than that it’s okay to spend the night if you are trying to save some money. Some of the employees are mean.

The bed was very unconfortable, way too hard and the room we got had no windows! the building overall was really dark... on the other hand location was really good but felt a little unsafe because of the access on the alley. Also the staff was really helpfull.

Great location. This place doesn’t have air conditioning and the water in the shower takes for ever to warm up. Most of the time it never does. I had to take a cold shower at least Two times.

There wasn’t any AC especially in the rooms with no windows, it gets hot. Even when there’s a windows there is a lot of noises from parties to dogs barking everywhere. It’s like you have to choose between a hot room or a somewhat cool noisy one. The area in which the hotel is located is great for getting around the city as it’s in the center square.

ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. HOTEL ITSELF IS VERY QUITE. OUTSIDE IS NOT.

Location, location, location! old building, small windowless rooms, hard, mattresses and pillows, cheap and rough towels and sheets, no amenities, other than that you get a decent room, literally a few steps from the heart of Mexico city " El zocalo, Bellas Artes Palace, world class shops and restaurants, street markets and food...every thing that is mexico

We would stay again here but not on the bottom floor. We were right by the pump room that ran a couple times a night and then the cleaner started cleaning the lobby/ common are floors at 5:45. Needless to say ground floor is noisy. Also beds are hard as rock. But there was hot water and the little alley was neat!

Good 4 the price
What can I say about this hotel. It was perfect for the price you pay. It’s also close to a lot of historical locations. For a one night stay, hotel Juárez does the job. I wouldn’t stay for multiple days though.

Hotel Juarez
Muy centrico de la plaza del Zocalo y la calle madero. Queda en un callejón pero es muy seguro, siempre hay gente. Lo único que critico son las almohadas, eran muy planas, realmente no eran almuhadas(foam).

Excelente hotel
Excelente ubicación, con un personal increíblemente amable, muy económico, aseado, el único pero que podría exponer, es que hay bares muy cerca que no respetan el horario para sus escándalos, y sufrimos una noche de algarabía hasta media madrugada, pero ya es algo que se sale de la manos del hotel e incumunbe a las autoridades, que casualmente para esas cosas no se mente. Pero en general, el hotel es un lugar conveniente para cualquier actividad o desplazamiento que se quisiera hacer, por su excelente ubicación.

Good deal!
Great value hotel centrally located in historic centre and short cab ride from the main airport. Free water and cleaning every day Beds are rock hard and walls are thin so you can hear people in next room but otherwise a great stay, lovely staff

Clean room, friendly staff. We switched rooms as we had a room ( with window) on the front side, the techno music played till 3am on Friday. Asked for a different room which was no problem and got a room that was quiet ( no window).

Staff very friendly and helpful the only thing was that Friday and Saturday is noisy Hotel have no control over it! Overall is very nice place I really like it!!!

The hotel is a great deal for travelers on a tight budget. Clean and located just a few minutes from the Zocalo. The outside rooms facing the street are extremely noisy, specially on weekends. Inside rooms are quiet but there are no windows. The staff is friendly and helpful.
