Coconut grove was the perfect area to stay near Miami. We loved the Private Oasis at Arya for the location (great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance), easy free parking, the room (comfortable, clean, nice view, balcony, nicely decorated) and the pool. A great value. We would definitely stay again.

I’m not sure what is happening at this place. It seems to be more of a condo than a hotel. The location and price are great but there is no restaurant, lounge, or pool bar. Looks like all of those things have closed permanently. The pool is very basic and there was an area blocked off with caution tape with some heavy equipment. Strange that Expedia reviews are good but if you look on other websites only 2 stars and lots of bad reviews. Free parking in this area is nice and the area has lots of good shopping, eating and bar hopping-very casual compared to other areas of Miami.
