I would like to start with the positive, the receptionist Angie was wonderful and very helpful. I could tell she was the only one working at times, she clearly needed help because there were times we had to wait thirty minutes for her to get back from assisting elsewhere. The room itself was dirty, lint on the blanket, no sheets for the sofa bed, dishes were dirty, there were ants and worms (We were mortified), expedia said there was parking there was none, cold water, dripping faucet. It gets worse, the floor was chipped and cut me, I had to file a report with the hotel. I was here on business, they asked me why I couldn’t come tell them about the sheets and cold water sooner, I did not have time to wait thirty minutes every time something went wrong. They were clearly understaffed. They “deep cleaned” the room for us when we complained, meaning put sheets on the bed and swept the floor. Remember they are an apartment and a hotel, so there are some permanent residents, and they are noisy. You can hear everything through the walls. Everything is a lie, I spent almost 100$ for parking overnight (not including ubers) because of that. Thank you.

We had some issues first with the restroom.. but thanks to the staff member Manna and the maintenance team that where working on the 24th of May turned our vacation into one of the best of all times . The staff there are very helpful and welcoming and I would not hesitate to stay or recommend this property in the future

It’s a nice area and the hotel rooms are big. The only downside is that it’s a bit hard to find parking but it’s common in that area, other than that we loved it.

Staff was amazing. Planes flying overhead every few minutes during the day was a bummer if you plan to relax in by the pool. Overall I would still revisit.

Human sized bathroom window could not be shut, staff seemed unable to close them. Room was filled with fruit flies which swarmed constantly outside the door. AC worked well, one unit was extremely noisy. Pool area was nice and the property over all was scenic and had a close proximity to the beach.
