Very convenient for Malpensa airport. The room and bathroom were very large, clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and comfy.

Easy and friendly check in - parked car outside of room which was great - room and facilities were spotless and appeared as new - lovely shower and bathroom - great TV - just right for an early start to the airport.

A/c was controlled by reception desk. When asked to turn it on they never did. Shower was filled with black mold. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Room was very dark. Needs better lighting

The property is very old. It says it is a 4 start hotel but it is far from it. It has not seen any renovation since the 90s, including bathrooms, beds, A/C, etc. Very misleading.

A great stay!
I thought it was a great choice - reallly friendly and helpful staff. They let us leave our bags for a week which was so helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Also appreciated their help getting us a car the following morning to the airport.

Excellent choice when we flew into Milan and needed a bed for the night not too far from the airport. About a 20 min drive from the car hire at the airport, in a quiet residential area. Easy to find, quick easy check-in, parking place outside each room, and room nice and clean. We hadn’t eaten, so went to the pizzeria a couple of streets away. We drove as it was late and reception said they were about to close, but it’s easy walking distance. Pizzeria very accommodating despite the late hour. Very nice pizza. Really lovely breakfast in a nice bar attached to reception. Highly recommend this place. The only thing was the mattress and pillows were a little hard for my liking, but I think it might be an Italian thing.

I'm sorry for the feeling of insecurity you experienced.I don't know what you mean by people cooking behind a unsafe hatch? because we haven't the restaurant and I really don't know what you may have seen?!The shuttle service from our hotel to Malpensa cost 11 euros, a taxi 25 euros, no 3 euros of difference.

Motel is literally in the middle of nowhere only thing that is close is Malpensa. Taxis were also very hard to get to the airport probably because it’s close by and no one wants to make a short drop. So if you’re going to stay here for more than a day I strongly recommend you to get a vehicle. Also note that the drinks in the minibar is not for free we found out after our stay. Overall I would only recommend this motel to anyone staying near Malpensa. Otherwise don’t stay here if you want to be near the city with trains.

It's a motel close to the Malpensa airport. That's why I chose it, and it was great for me to quickly reach the airport for my early morning flight. Place looks tidy and nice: both the rooms and the motel yards. Area around the hotel is uninteresting and you will need a car (or shuttle) to get to and from this place. Good for short stays.

Great value and good location. Only Motel I have ever seen or stayed at in Europe. Nice local restaurant a 2 min walk away. This will be my go to accommodation for the Malpensa airport.

We felt the breakfast buffet was exceptional... lots of choice and very clean... The property is a bit further out than others but they try and make up for it with service... there is a nice local pub and shops within a few minutes walk of the motel that we stumbled upon, thouroghly enjoyed the local ambience/beer/food and very friendly pub owner and staff..

The place was very clean and a felt new. Good for one night, especially if you need to be near the airport, very handy to that. Very thin walls though.

Overall Was Good accept the Receptionist
No toiletteris in the room. Receptionist not friendly at all, we reached there around 9PM, everybody all tired and needed rooms immediately since our flight so early tomorrow which we need to leave 4.30 in the next morning, but receptionist asked me to come back half to one hour time to process our passports. I insisted him to make photocopy of those and process immediately.

1-There was a strong cigarette smell in the room. Even if it’s smoke free room. 2- When I call from the airport to get a shuttle service the person on the phone told me there was €25 fee so I ended up taking taxi. The hotel is less than 10 minuets away from the airport, and it turns out the fee was supposed to be €11 not €25.

Great little motel 2 stay for the evening if you're flying Emma out and need to stay a night or two. They have a fantastic free breakfast included with the stay. Great coffee bar great pastries fruit bread in Turkey etc

It was a quiet location and very close to the airport. The shuttle service was good although we had to pay for it round trip. Overall, it was a good stay.
