The hotel itself is really good, the stuff was super friendly and helpful( housekeeping was more than great), , front desk allowed us to check out 1 hour later ( appreciated!!!) but I don’t think the hotel is 4 starts worth it, the rooms were very small ( for that price ), if you don’t pay for a room with a view , you will keep your curtains closed … Robes were missing, flip flops and etc ( stuff you can live without, but for a 4 star hotel for that money you should have it)

Pictures online are not a realistic representation of the hotel. Room was very small and smelt awful. Air con wasn’t on due to season which in heat amplified the bad smell. No bar/reception area. Felt unsafe outside the hotel after 7pm - a lot of pickpockets and people intimidatingly approaching you asking for money or offering drugs !

Wouldnt recommend!
Very unsafe area we had a man follow us to our room and forcibly got into the small elevator and stood out of our room for hours that was a very scary situation.the area is very skecky throughout the day but specifically at night the most horrible. The location is convient but at what cost. The hotel has only 1 front desk staff and no security or questions asked for unauthorized personal that enter the hotel at anytime. Very small rooms. Its a new hotel only upside.

In a small space but quiet and a very nice atmosphere. Room was always kept clean and location is great, especially for foodies. We liked it a lot and will certainly book again the next time we visit Milan
